>> Matthew 5:16
"In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." {Matthew 5:16 NIV}
Lately, I've been drawn to this verse over and over. I've read it many times before, but it seems to have taken on a new meaning given the life changes we're experiencing right now. A new hometown, new people to meet, and new opportunities to pursue means new ways to glorify Him with what we say and do. It's my prayer that we'll do just that.
Bryan: Back to the grindstone. 3 years after finishing his undergrad degree, he's back at it people! Yesterday was PT orientation for Bryan and from the sound of things, the next 3 years are going to be crazy-craze! Today is the first day of actual classes for B. I can't say that I envy him...I'd much rather be sitting here writing this blog post than listening to a lecture on human anatomy, but that's why he is the one in PT school. :)
Amanda: Well, unfortunately, I have no exciting news for you. Still job searching, still applying, still waiting. I'll post soon about the "adventure" that's been.
Tebow: That dog. He sure brings lots of joy to our lives! Baby T recently made some little doggy friends (Finn and Cosmo) who also live in our apartment complex. And by friends, I mean they all chase each other round and round. Whoever gets tired first loses and then they all go their separate ways until next time. Dogs are weird, y'all, but lots of fun! On a more random note, I've been sneezing a lot today for whatever reason. Anytime we sneeze, Tebow freaks out and thinks we are going to die any second. He darts right for your face, gets nose to nose with you, and stares into your soul with his beady little black eyes. Ironically, Tebow sneezes a lot himself. In fact, he woke us up one morning because he was sneezing violently and bouncing off the walls of his crate loudly. He is a Havanese, so we affectionately call him the "havasneeze."
I find this post rather boring. I've even rewritten it multiple times. Writer's block? Maybe these pictures will satisfy you until next time. :)
Happy Thursday, y'all!

B's first day of school! I should have gotten a better picture, but it was early and B was in a hurry.
So Tebow is really attached to Bryan. Thus, he was a sad little dog all day yesterday. Lots and lots of moping.

More moping. Sorry, he's kind of a black little blob.

Tebow likes to hide his toys between the couch cushions. Who he is hiding them from, I'm not sure. This is what happens when he tries to find them...
Happy Thursday, y'all!
